It is an excellent group of asanas. Regular practice of Surya namaskar generates the \u201cprana\u201d in the human body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 35px;\">How to do Surya Namaskar steps ( 12 steps of Surya namaskar )<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For starting you must first stand in Tadasana ( Samisthiti), then follow these Sun Salutation steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Inhale and exhale&nbsp; &#8211; Namaskar asana ( salutation pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Inhale &#8211; Hast uthan asana ( raised arms pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Exhale &#8211; pad hast asana (hand-to-foot pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Inhale &#8211; Ashwa sanchalan asana with right leg back( horse riding pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Hold your breath &#8211; left leg back samtal dandasana ( plank pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Exhale &#8211; Ashtang namaskar asana ( eight limb salutation pose )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
